Directions for Use
- Use 1 scoop of pearls per cup (approximately 30 cups per pack). The amount can be adjusted based on customer preference.
Storage
- Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight. • After opening, keep in a dry place and use within 5 days.
Instructions
- Boil 5 liters of water until fully boiling.
- Add 1 kg of TEA Brand Golden Tapioca Pearls.
- Stir until the pearls separate and float.
- Boil for 30 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, add 500 g brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the pearls rest for another 30 minutes.
- After resting, separate 2,500 ml of the cooking liquid into a container.
- Rinse the pearls with clean water and drain.
- Add the cooked pearls into the reserved cooking liquid.

Tips
- After adding the pearls into boiling water, stir in small circular motions around the pot to help them float and prevent sticking.
- After resting, the pearls will become soft and chewy.
- For best quality, do not store cooked pearls overnight.
Recommendation
- Cooked golden pearls remain in good quality for 4–5 hours. For enhanced sweetness, you may add honey, syrup, or brown sugar.
