Key Ingredients

Brewing Instructions
- For Beverage Shops (Bulk Brewing)
- Boil 2.5 liters of water, then turn off the heat and remove from stove.
- Add 200 ml of ice to reduce the temperature. Then add 100 g of Osmanthus Oolong Tea (TEA Brand).
- Stir clockwise 4 times, then half turn counterclockwise. Close the lid.
- Steep for 9 minutes. At 4.30 minutes, open the lid, stir again, close, and continue steeping until time is complete.
- Add 2.5 liters of ice, stir until dissolved.
- Strain the tea leaves and transfer to a tea storage tank for daily use.
For Home Brewing
- Recommended water temperature: 80–90°C
- Add 2–3 teaspoons of tea leaves to a 150–200 ml teapot.
- Pour hot water just enough to cover the leaves, then discard immediately (rinse step).
- Refill with hot water and steep for 1 minute (extend steeping time for stronger taste).
- Pour out completely before drinking; do not leave tea soaking.
- The same leaves can be re-steeped 3–4 times.

Storage Instructions
- Store below 30°C in a dry place away from sunlight.
- After opening, keep in a dry place and use within 5 days.
Recommendations
- Rinse tea leaves, teapot, and tea utensils with hot water before brewing to enhance aroma and flavor.
- For best quality, do not refrigerate brewed tea for more than 2 days.
- After brewing and transferring to the tea tank, let the tea rest for 1 hour before serving for optimal flavor.
